Adam Burwash
Bio
Adam's early years were divided between a drumkit and a sound console. He was interested in the world of music at a young age as his dad would take him along when he ran FOH sound for a large church congregation. He got his first drumkit from a rummage sale at the age of 9, which had a snare, bass, floor tom, crash and ride cymbal (although it was missing rack toms and a hi-hat). Adam went onwards from that and played in several award winning classical bands and ensembles, including a percussion ensemble that was invited to the Canadian Rocky Mountain music festival.
Although classically trained, Adam finds himself comfortable in the worlds of funk, rock, blues, and jazz drumming most often. He also works with bass players and other key members of the rhythm section, and believes in the importance of groove and good rhythmic foundations.
In 2002, Adam realized that there needed to be a venue for bands, musicians, and other interested parties to get together and make music. Labels had eschewed development for one hit wonders and large scale productions. Recording equipment had dropped in price to the point where artists could have creative freedom. Independent labels were finally making an impact, and musicians and audiences were united in love of music. It would take four years for these musings and ideas to finally get together and form Red Flame Productions.
In his free time (what free time?) Adam likes to go mountain biking, hang out with friends, and meet mysterious women with green Ford Explorers.

David enjoys most types of music including rock, blues, jazz, funk, and classical. Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Eddie Van Halen, Nuno Bettencourt, Pete Lesperance, Allan Holdsworth, Eric Johnson, and Alex Lifeson have all had a significant impact on David's guitar playing. He considers They Might Be Giants and Terry Taylor (from Daniel Amos) his primary songwriting influences.
